Qualified in state and federal courts in Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, Michigan, Missouri, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin. [Since Florida does not license safety engineers, it does not recognize the existence of the safety engineering discipline. In Florida I testify as a safety consultant.]
